BIOGRAPHY

Alexandra DiNovi, the daughter of high profile class action lawyer, Vince DiTommaso and former drama teacher, Domenica Piragine, was born and raised in Hinsdale, Illinois. DiNovi is of Italian descent. Alexandra began violin and ballet at age three. She fell in love with acting at seven, in her first stage performance, as Maria in the Sound of Music, at the Hinsdale Center for the Arts.

She was discovered in a restaurant while she was in high school. Alexandra then landed the featured dancer role in the motion picture, The Break-Up (2006) starring Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston. As busy as Alexandra was, between acting, singing, and dancing, she still made the Deans list and the National Honors Society. She became the youngest actress to graduate the Second City Conservatory and graced the legendary stage for two years.

Alexandra DiNovi's move from Chicago to Los Angeles became a major step in her career. She received her BA from Loyola Marymount University, where she completed Pre-Law studies. She majored in Communications with a focus in Theatre and Screenwriting. Upon graduation, Alexandra further explored her craft at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.
